Client agrees to pay Photographer 50% deposit for the services provided upon booking services. The remaining balance for services is due the date of the service and must be paid in full. In the event that Client cancels the session, the deposit fee is non-refundable.

Copyright and Usage *

Photographer retains the copyright to all images captured during the session. Client is granted a license to use the images for personal use only, such as printing, sharing on social media, etc. Client may not use the images for commercial purposes without the written consent of Photographer.

Client gives permission for Photographer to use the images from session for marketing and promotional purposes.

Liability *

Photographer will take reasonable care to capture and deliver high-quality images, but is not responsible for any missed shots or unusable images due to circumstances beyond their control. Photographer is not liable for any damages or injuries sustained during the session.

Client Responsibilities *

Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to Photographer, including any specific requests or details for the session. Client is also responsible for the behavior of all individuals included in the session. If Client needs to reschedule the session, they must provide at least 48 hours notice or a rescheduling fee may apply.
